The different country of our planet has different experience in science or new technology. By this reason many student need to communication eaсh other for changing experience. A new culture or tradition help to study unusual method in science. So, I think that visa regulations should be relaxed by next opinion.
First at all, the relaxed visa help to study second language for overseas student. A met with new friend from other country in real-time can increase a communication skills They can speak by using together two language. One student by example studying English language and second student studying the Russia language. In this case they can speak by using both languages.
Secondly, the clear relationship between countries for science help to rise the economics or social life. The student with the relaxed visa can be point of the start. In this small case, we can to preparing to begin a new relationship between counties, we can to start to building a new partnership. For me it is very fine.
Thirdly, the moder life requires to us a new vision to our planet in global problem. For instance, economics problem, warning problems and etc. The community between student can to improve for searching a solutions.
In conclusion, visa relaxed for overseas student has only positive points. It like us to met with your neighbor to resolve total problem.

People should read only those books that are about real events, real people, and established facts.
Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? People should read only those books that are about real events, real people, and established facts. Use specific reasons and details to support your opinion.
The modern history are very dependent by political situation in the country. Every new period of the history make a new knowledge about the past. When you was young you read other books about events then young from today. By this reason you have very different opinion about real people, events and facts. This is a big problem for non democratic countries. To continue discuss about this topic I want to write next disagree of me.
Firstly, when you read not real event then you don't know anything about new future. As you know, our life are based over experience of the past. If you don't know previously events your country then you can make the same errors again and again. You don't have real goals to make you life better. The events from the Past it is our modern teacher. They can show us a new ways of developing.
Secondly, when we read or watch non real events or satiation then we can't understand different between real situation and imagination. By example, a child are watching a cinema which was produced by using a new technology. In this case the child don't have enough experience to recognize a real nature and artificial nature. I think is very big problem for our kids. We have a new technology which made only pleasure.
Nevertheless, when we have many books this real and non real event then we can compare different cases and facts. I think it is help to developing our opinion and education.

Education is a lifelong task. Do you agree or disagree?
In modern life you can't find a good jobs if you don't have a best education or experience. Many companies looking a qualified personal because they need to improving their business. By this reason don't enough a necessary basic knowledge. They need a new approach with new knowledge or experience. To continue discuss about this subject I want to write about next two major reasons to see education as the lifelong task.
Firstly, a good education can help you to resolved a big problem with law. If you don't have enough education in this subject then you must read more about law and human rights. Previous experience can suggest you what kind of book by this subject you have to study. Previous experience to show you way for new education and maybe give you a new job in the future. After resolved this problem you might be met with a new persons.
Secondly, every day we see and use a new technology devices or services. To enjoy this things we need read more books about how to use it and how it work. It is request continue to study during our life. How to send a short message by phone, how to send email by Internet or how to write essay by using computer can't not understand without permanent addition education. Today we have more and more brainwork. By this reason education is lifelong task.

Why do we need music?
Is the traditional music of a country more important than the International music that is heard everywhere nowadays?
We don't image our human civilization without a music. The music also as a speech plays important role.
The music helps us to show our senses: love, sadness, gladness. The mother sang a lullaby when we was a babbie.
Our planet around a music. Every day we can hear a birds, sounds animal.
Many people hold the opinion what we listen music only for the rest, however the music also helps our health.
Phychological or physical illnesses are treated only by sounds or classical music. Nevertheless, hard music destroys
mental or phisical developments. If you go to nightclub when you get aload music. In this case, you going deaf.
Know that the plants grow faster if classical music are playing. The music not only influence our health.
For example, the music saves a natonal traditional. Every country have a folk music. The folk music reflects the people's
history, manners, knowledge and development. For every man a national music it is his national value. With music grandparents passes

The world would be a poorer place without colour.
The color is one of the better ways to understanding about our world. Every day we can see numerous colors. Pants, flowers, animal, sky, the earth have different color. By color we recognize also seasons. Winter is white, spring is green, summer is red and autumn is yellow. The different colors warning us about poisonous foods or dangerous things. For example, by color we recognize cold and hot things. Color also is very important in our daily lives.
Firstly, red and green color is use in traffic. All the children know the rule – “Red stop, green go”. If you were going to fast then you had pulled off of car this blue and red light. Ambulance use Red Cross. All of our modern life uses signs with different colors.

Do people spend too much money on pets?
In Western countries, people spend a lot of money on their pets. They buy special food for their cats or dogs, buy them toys and often pay high fees for medical treatment. Some people think this is a waste of money and argue that pets are dirty and dangerous.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of having pet? Do people spend too much money on pets?

Diagram: Greenhouse effect
In the Academic Writing Module you may be given to description about diagram or graph. You should spend only 20 minutes on this task and you should write at least 150 words. The next topic shows a simple. I tried to write this task. The name of Thema - "Greenhouse Effect". I can't show you diagramm becouse i don't have time to copy from book.

The diagram shows a process of climate changes. Everyday we use more and more fossil fuels for our daily lives. We are continue to cutting down forests. Soon after, the waste in the from of carbon dioxide and other gases emit hude clouds, which pollute the atmospgere. In result, the natural system is out of balance. The gases trap heat which would normally escape
into space, thus producing the 'greenhouse effect'. In this case, the warming increases water vapour in the air, and more heat is absorbed into the atmosphere. If carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases continue to pour into the atmosphere unchecked, the world will warm rapidly. Rising temperatures will melt snow and ice, and sea levels will rise. Many of the Earth's cities are built on the coast, and a rise in sea level will spell disaster for them.

Working hours today are too long and people are not spending as much as they should with their families or on leisure activities. What is your opinion
In many counties often told about the reduction working hours. The dreams about more leisure activities in twenty one century were broken. The higher technologies didn’t make any free times for peoples life. We have been working more and more. We don’t have more money, we don’t have more rest and we don’t have more happiness. The future of today are difference the future of the pass.
First of all, I would like to say that too long working hours make peoples more stressed. Peoples don’t have enough free time for rest, sleeps and leisure of course. That’s reasons of many diseases and rapid aging. In result, we have been died with regret about stupid and boring life. We did not know about environment and we don’t know about any family’s happiness. It is very terrible.
Second of all, short working hours will have created new jobs. In this case the economics of many countries would be increases. Most of peoples will have job and money. Most of people will have more leisure activities and rest their families. We will have less hunger and died. Peoples will have started think about kids and beautiful of lives.
Finally, short working hours will have created more free time for making new ideas. People could be thinking about changes of lives and making more and more interesting things. We were born for building. We weren’t born for job. We have only one life. It is all that we have. Everybody must be having chosen.

Write a letter to sports centre’s manager complaining about some problems you have to face when you go to this sports centre.
Dear Mr. Adams,
My name is Eugene. I am a permanent member of your club.
I am writing to draw your attention to several problems I had to face during my last visit to “Rakhat Fitness” sports centre.
First of all, I would like to mention that although I have purchased an annual membership card, no locker was assigned for my personal usage, as it was promised to me. Thus, I have to use different lockers each time I visit your centre, and this is not convenient for me.
Nevertheless, there are two hair-dryers in the changing room for men, furthermore none of them is working properly. As a result, last time I had to leave the building with my hair was wet and, because of that, caught a cold. To my strong opinion, there should be at least one hair-dryer working properly, especially in the winter period, when you can easily get ill if your hair is wet when you get outside the building.
I hope that the above mentioned problems will receive your immediate attention, and trust that the matter with my personal locker will be resolved as soon as possible.
